Team meets Press and Chief of Staff

On Sunday, January 4, 2015, ABYEA's founder, Lawrence A. Jardine was interviewed by The Daily Observer newspaper, and on Tuesday, January 6, 2015, they published an article, captioned "Finishing school for youth may soon be a reality." At mid-day on January 6, Mali Adelaja Olatunji, Smantha Merchant and Lawrence A. Jardine appeared on Radio Observer's Voice of the People program with host, Algernon "Serpent" Watt. The program spanned two (2) hours. Later, at 4:00PM, the ABYEA group held a meeting with Mr. Lionel "Max" Hurst; Chief of Staff, in the Prime Minister's Office to discuss the possiblity of governmental assistance. A copy of ABYEA's draft document, A Case for the Antigua and Barbuda Youth Enlightenment Academy, was presented for the PM.
